Un pick and roll, la giocata offensiva più usata in tutto il basket moderno! Ma qui cosa sta succedendo? Le pedine blu potrebbero essere posizionate in mille modi diversi così come le bianche della difesa e i movimenti dei singoli, ma come facciamo a trasferire un grafico sul campo? Un’idea di gioco nella pratica? Probabilmente ci vorrebbero infinte soluzioni, diagrammi e video per spiegarlo al meglio, ma noi stiamo costruendo gli schemi del prossimo anno e dobbiamo essere sintetici, chiari ed efficaci.
Questi sono solo alcuni semplicissimi schemi/situazioni di pick n roll, ma non c’è una formula magica che porta al successo, non c’è un libro che ci spiega come raggiungerlo. Ogni stagione è di-versa, ogni gruppo è diverso!
Il pick n roll è una fase offensiva che coinvolge direttamente due giocatori dai quali potrà scaturire il nostro vantaggio. Ricordiamo in ogni caso che dobbiamo considerare tutti e 5 gli attaccanti, perché solo così l’azione diventerà realmente efficace ed imprevedibile. La collaborazione di questi la vedremo nel proseguo dandogli altrettanta importanza, ma ci teniamo a sottolineare che il tutto deve partire da una buona lettura/azione/reazione della prima parte.
VOGLIAMO E DOBBIAMO ESSERE PERICOLOSI DAL PRIMO SECONDO SU OGNI MOVIMENTO!!!
Spezzando il movimento vogliamo concentrarti prima sui due attori protagonisti, la guardia ed il lungo e lavorare anche senza difensori per migliorare la tecnica di esecuzione e conclusione: l’arresto e tiro o in corsa dopo il blocco, dopo il contro blocco, subito se la difesa vuole passare in 3^ e così via tantissime altre soluzioni anche per il lungo, migliorando la tecnica di passaggio. Le ripetute potremo farle all’inizio allenamento, alla fine sotto stanchezza, oppure in work out individuali mattinieri. 1° La guardia deve attaccare il canestro 2° Il lungo deve bloccare (fermare) il difensore della guardia e poi attaccare gli spazi.
